Drishti ("we", "our", or "us") provides an AI agent observability platform that helps developers monitor, trace, and calculate costs for their Large Language Model (LLM) applications.

2. Free Tier Limits

Users on our free tier are subject to the following limitations:

Maximum of 10,000 traces per calendar month.
Trace data is retained for 7 days before being automatically deleted.
We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily suspend ingestion if usage significantly impacts platform stability.

3. Acceptable Use

By using Drishti, you agree NOT to:

Intentionally abuse the API or attempt to bypass rate limits.
Send trace data containing illegal content, malware, or highly regulated materials without proper authorization.
Use the platform to facilitate illegal activities.

4. Liability Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Particularly on our free tier, we offer no guarantee of 100% uptime, reliability, or permanent data preservation. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or are causing harm to the platform.

6. Changes to Pricing and Terms

We may modify our pricing plans, limits, or these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice (typically via email or dashboard notification) before making material changes to pricing or features that negatively impact your current usage.
